Background Story

In my 35-year search, I had not been able to find my "perfect" purse…so I made MY OWN! 

Le Poché Collection handbags feature a tapered design that is tall enough to fit a checkbook vertically, yet not so tall as to have to stack things inside. It has one adjustable strap that you can use as a shoulder-, or as a cross-body handbag. There are plenty of pockets, inside and out. To keep your personal items together, our handbags have a zippered enclosure, perfect for when your bag tumbles over in the car. 

We are a very small, local business run by a mom and her two daughters. We have a lot of great ideas and designs, so we started our business in 2016 knowing that we wanted to share our handmade products with the people of Maui and beyond. Creating pouches, clutches, purses, totes, handbags, "fancy-packs", and much more, are our passion. We are so grateful to be able to create your special piece for you to cherish.
